As a Business Advisor with Transworld Business Advisors NorthStar, I work with owners of privately held businesses exploring the sale or acquisition of a company, or planning their eventual exit.

Many of the conversations I have with owners begin well before a decision to sell is made and often start with questions like: What is the business worth? Is the timing right? What would a successful transition look like?

Before joining Transworld, I spent more than 20 years leading strategy and growth initiatives at companies including Thermo Fisher, Entrust, MoneyGram, U.S. Bank, and UnitedHealth Group.

I grew up on a dairy farm in Wisconsin, where I learned early what it takes to build and run a business. I now live in the Twin Cities with my wife and our three children and volunteer with Amplify Mission Network and the National Marrow Donor Program (Be The Match).
