I’ve had the privilege of working alongside business owners at every stage—whether they’re building, growing, or preparing for a transition. My role as a business broker is a natural extension of that work. I guide owners through complex decisions, help them problem‑solve with clarity, and connect them with qualified buyers who recognize the value of what they’ve built. I understand firsthand how much time, energy, and heart goes into running a business. That’s why trust, confidentiality, and genuine partnerships are at the center of everything I do. My goal is always to make the process smoother, less stressful, and ultimately more rewarding for the people I serve. Outside of work, I enjoy boating on Lake Superior, golfing, hiking, travelling, and cherishing time with friends. As a wife and mother of three, my greatest joy is family time and participating in the lives of my children. Every part of my life—professional and personal—has shaped the way I show up for business owners. I’m here to listen, to guide, and to help you take your next step with confidence. ![AdobeStock_114312332_MinneapolisSkyscape_lake-2](https://www.tworldnorthstar.com/hs-fs/hubfs/AdobeStock_114312332_MinneapolisSkyscape_lake-2.jpeg?width=2500&name=AdobeStock_114312332_MinneapolisSkyscape_lake-2.jpeg "AdobeStock_114312332_MinneapolisSkyscape_lake-2") ## Message Andrea Today Fill out the form below! #### Join Our Team Interested in joining the team?
