Josh has experience starting and running a successful contracting business. He recently sold the business and learned the values of hiring a professionally run brokerage to help properly value, and professionally list with confidentiality.

With the experience of being the owner of the business Josh has a broad base of knowledge to help buyers and sellers to understand the value of a business before buying or selling the business they are working with. He is always willing to work hard and help out to get the work done on time, in a professional and positive manor. 

Josh likes fishing and relaxing at his cabin with his wife Kim, 2 kids and dog.
