Kim Schmidt

Kim W. Schmidt brings many years of entrepreneurial experience to his role as a Transworld Business Advisor.  He has owned, operated, and sold six businesses: the largest two being a nursing home and an equipment rental company.  Others include three restaurants and a small engine repair/lawn mower sales/outdoor power equipment sales company.

He has previously held licenses as a CPA, Health Facilities Administrator, Stockbroker, and a Real Estate Broker in two states.  He is currently licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in the state of Minnesota.  He is a member and on the board of Pelican Lake Property Owners Association.

When not working, he enjoys family activities including fishing, golfing, and church.
